Our mission
We want to help more fintechs scale and grow efficiently by providing access to leading experts and insights.
We are building the UK’s highest quality network of multi-disciplinary advisers, based on the recommendations of scaleups. Having access to proven specialists will minimise the cost and risk of engaging the wrong person or supplier and will accelerate growth plans and expansion.
Our experts
We have recruited a core team to cover all the core disciplines a company could need support with. As we build out our network, we will have multiple experts covering each base so we can scale with demand.
Every person you engage with on our team or in our network has proven experience of delivering impact for other fintechs in high-growth mode. Our selection process is pretty exacting to ensure you’ll only ever work with the best.
How we work
Firstly, we assess a company’s needs and determine what the follow-on support should be.
Intially, each project will be handled by our core team and if any specialist support is needed, the relevant expert will be introduced. Myforte will be responsible for drawing up a contract with clear milestones and deliverables for both parties to sign.
An initial deposit is taken, to secure the engagement and then final payment is made once the client has determined the work has been successfully completed.

She is also the Founder of Fintech Fringe, a new event for FinTech scale ups during London Tech Week.

Talent Adviser
Nadia Co-Founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010; a leading Financial Technology recruitment firm and has been responsible for helping over 2000 people find jobs. She’s the powerhouse behind ‘The DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Discussions’ and campaigns tirelessly for gender equality in the Financial Services and beyond. She is the author of the book: ‘FinTech Women Walk the Talk’ and is constantly recognised as a leading woman in FinTech year on year.

Shameer Sachdev
B2C Marketing Adviser
Shamer started his career as an equity broker. He was then Marketing Director of the online trading platform Spread Co before setting up his marketing agency Growth Gorilla in 2017. Shameer helps fintech brands go from start-up to scale-up, working with leading fintechs like Cash App, Monzo Bank and Cleo.

Chris is an experienced COO, CFO and business advisor, with a career that has included senior leadership positions at GE Capital, UBS, Everledger and now Avantgarde. As a business leader and tech scale-up expert, Chris brings a wealth of experience. Spending the last 8 years immersed in FinTech, Chris has been rapidly building teams and companies from an operational, financial and recruitment perspective but also through delivery of commercial growth strategies.

He is the founder of Meta-Morphix, an advisory consultancy, accelerating UK and European market entry for FinTechs.

Chris has 10 years experience as a B2B specialist researcher and is a Director at Savanta, a leading market research organisation. He has significant expertise in gaining insights from senior stakeholders and decision makers and has led various major projects for Sage, Dow Jones, Vodafone, EY, The AA and Allianz. Chris also has specific experience working with scale-ups, designing research enabling their entry and expansion into new markets.
