What’s your forte?

We are looking for subject-matter experts to join our network who have supported and delivered impact for high-growth fintech scaleups.

Experts who join our platform will have their expertise promoted UK-wide as well as globally to companies in high-growth mode looking to scale in the UK and abroad.

Myforte will deliver the back-office support needed to make it easier to engage, contract, and be paid by clients securely and transparently. We will also provide the opportunity to directly interact with fintechs and other high-quality advisers and suppliers through our community feature which will launch late summer.

We operate on a straightforward 10% referral fee model, which reduces the massive markup typically applied when you are contracting to a consultancy so clients can directly benefit from access to your expertise at market value.

How do I apply?

Simply sign up and begin the first stage of completing your expert profile.
If everything looks good-to-go, we will progress you through to second stage where we review and validate your experience and qualifications.
Strong customer references form an essential part of our assessment. You will need a minimum of three references in the last two years that you would be comfortable us calling to progress through to the third stage. The quality threshold is an important part of our USP so this process is thorough.
Final stage is to have an interview with one of the core team to ensure a good fit.

Nadia Co-Founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010; a leading Financial Technology recruitment firm and has been responsible for helping over 2000 people find jobs. She’s the powerhouse behind ‘The DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Discussions’ and campaigns tirelessly for gender equality in the Financial Services and beyond. She is the author of the book: ‘FinTech Women Walk the Talk’ and is constantly recognised as a leading woman in FinTech year on year.
Shameer Sachdev

B2C Marketing Adviser
Shamer started his career as an equity broker. He was then Marketing Director of the online trading platform Spread Co before setting up his marketing agency Growth Gorilla in 2017. Shameer helps fintech brands go from start-up to scale-up, working with leading fintechs like Cash App, Monzo Bank and Cleo.

Chris is an experienced COO, CFO and business advisor, with a career that has included senior leadership positions at GE Capital, UBS, Everledger and now Avantgarde. As a business leader and tech scale-up expert, Chris brings a wealth of experience. Spending the last 8 years immersed in FinTech, Chris has been rapidly building teams and companies from an operational, financial and recruitment perspective but also through delivery of commercial growth strategies.
Robert Fillmore

Commercial Adviser
Over a 25 year career, Robert has set up and led the EMEA and APAC operations of 10 north American tech businesses across telecoms and FinTech, growing some of these businesses to revenues of $20m to $40m and teams of over 100 people. He is the founder of Meta-Morphix, an advisory consultancy, accelerating UK and European market entry for FinTechs.
Chris Woolcott

Research Adviser
Chris has 10 years experience as a B2B specialist researcher and is a Director at Savanta, a leading market research organisation. He has significant expertise in gaining insights from senior stakeholders and decision makers and has led various major projects for Sage, Dow Jones, Vodafone, EY, The AA and Allianz. Chris also has specific experience working with scale-ups, designing research enabling their entry and expansion into new markets.
